My practice as a healer is to help alleviate suffering…physical, emotional, and spiritual.  It is through my own life journey and healing that I am able to connect with people, understand where their pain comes from, and provide tools and training…to help them remember inner peace, unconditional love, and living an inspired, present moment life. Artistology's vision and mission to shift consciousness through music frequency and sound align perfectly with mine.

As a high-level athlete, formerly a USA Cross Country Ski Team Member, I tried out for two Winter Olympic Games at age 20 and again at age 45.  My journey enabled me to share the power of following our dreams no matter what others believe!

I have also been professionally involved in sports marketing, PR advertising, and a network television executive as well as an agent for athletes because of my passion and love for sports and human potential.

I am the mother of two beautiful sons, Caelin 31, and Aidan, 29.  Aidan crossed over on June 9, 2021, leaving a legacy of unconditional love. 

Because I love to help people be free of pain and suffering.
